Your Tasks as Financial Analyst

• Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure all reporting and reconciliations are accurate and timely.
• Provide insightful performance analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for global innovation initiatives.
• Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee capital investment requests and funding processes.
• Drive process improvements to optimize reporting tools and financial efficiency.

Your Profile as Financial Analyst

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (FP&A)
• Fluent in English and French/Dutch.
• At ease with financial tools such as Oracle, Power BI, SAP or equivalent
